Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the jewellery in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
